Working Together

A place to think through what comes next.

One-on-one coaching for thoughtful people in a season of transition.

A quiet place to reflect and begin a conversation

What This Is

Coaching that helps you see clearly and choose on purpose.

People often reach out during career transitions, leadership changes, burnout recovery, midlife questions, family transitions, retirement planning, or the early stages of imagining a next chapter.

This coaching is reflective, structured, and grounded in my background in organizational psychology, executive leadership, and human development.

This is not therapy, clinical care, or advice-giving. It is a space for sense-making, discernment, and clarifying the next right step.

I work with a small number of people at a time, and I bring both structure and genuine partnership to it. This is reflection with direction, a thought partner who helps you make sense of things and move, not a passive sounding board.

I’m based in Arlington, Virginia, and work with clients both locally and virtually. If you’re nearby, you can read more about executive and transition coaching in Arlington, VA.

How We Work Together

Reflection with structure and direction.

Coaching with me is one-on-one and unfolds over an ongoing engagement, enough time to move from insight to real, lasting change, which rarely comes from a single conversation. We generally move through three phases.

01

Get clear on where you are now.

We start with an honest, grounded look at your current situation: your work, roles, values, what’s giving you energy and what’s draining it. Through reflection and, where it’s useful, assessments, we make sense of who you are today and what this chapter is really asking of you.

02

Create a future worth moving toward.

From there, we turn to what’s next: a specific, compelling picture of the future you actually want to build. We explore possibilities, and work with the mindsets, fears, and old stories that can keep you from imagining, or letting yourself want, something bolder.

03

Build a plan and follow through.

We then turn that vision into a concrete plan and put it into motion: experiments, decisions, and intentional next steps. This is also where the real-world challenges and blockers tend to surface (old habits, competing priorities, the pull of the familiar), and where steady support helps you work through them and keep moving. The goal here is to move beyond clarity to momentum, toward a life that increasingly reflects what matters to you.

Throughout, I draw on psychology, coaching, assessments, and evidence-based frameworks. You get a process that brings together your head and heart, the strategic and the reflective, pointing toward a direction that is genuinely yours.

What you leave with

  • Clarity about who you are and where you are now
  • A compelling picture of what comes next
  • Decisions aligned with your values and strengths
  • A practical, concrete path forward
  • The confidence to act, and steadiness amid the uncertainty
  • A deeper connection to purpose and meaning
People don’t need someone to tell them how to live. They need space, reflection, and the right questions to hear their own deeper wisdom.
