About Me

As Senior Vice President of Product at BetterUp, I bridge psychological science with technology to design digital coaching solutions that transform how people grow, lead, and thrive. With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Washington University, I've spent over a decade translating complex psychological principles into accessible tools that create meaningful change.

My career path—spanning government, hospitality, and consulting—reflects my core belief that everyone carries deeper wisdom within them, waiting to be activated. I'm known for developing frameworks centered on clarity, courage, calm, and connection that help leaders navigate uncertainty while maintaining wellbeing.

What sets my approach apart is the integration of rigorous science with lived experience. The leadership frameworks I've created have been shaped not only by research, but by my own journey navigating executive challenges, raising three children, and rebuilding after personal setbacks.

Through my writing, speaking, and product innovation, I continue to democratize access to psychological tools that bridge the gap between insight and action. I live in Arlington, Virginia, with my family, two dogs, and an ever-growing collection of books and creative projects that fuel my commitment to curiosity and courage.
